REDHORSE Equipment Maintenance

REDHORSE Equipment Maintenance Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada

APN has an ongoing agreement with the 820th RED HORSE Squadron assigned to Nellis Air Force Base to provide heavy equipment repair and maintenance services on an as-needed basis. The agreement covers 144 pieces of equipment from heavy trucks to mobile cranes. All services are performed by a network of highly qualified service providers in the local Las Vegas area.

Bus Overhaul Project Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

APN is responsible for the comprehensive overhaul of four 39-seat compressed natural gas buses at the Grand Canyon National Park. The overhaul involves engine rebuilds, installation of remanufactured transmissions, new seating, installation of a technology package, and inspection and repair of vital parts.

Truck Frame Alteration

Truck Frame Alteration Forest Service Pacific Southwest Region, California

APN performed frame alterations on seven brand new heavy trucks for the Forest Service in Sacramento, California. The truck frames were shortened by a local family owned truck center, and gooseneck ramps were installed by Cozad.

Specialized Snow Planers Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

APN acquired two brand name snow planers specialized for heavy snowfall conditions for the National Park Service in Wyoming. We provided multiple options to fulfill Yellowstone’s unique winter trail grooming requirements. The final snow planers were custom made to order and delivered to Yellowstone National Park in a timely manner.

Airport Modernization Staffing Support Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Arizona

APN provided skilled labor staffing support to an international firm specialized in airport renovations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. As a subcontractor, we provided expert millwrights for the upgrading of the baggage handling system in Terminal 3. This project was part of a $590 million dollar effort to modernize Terminal 3 in order to expand the capabilities of the airport.
