Responsibilities
- Preparing an annual operating budget goals and objectives for each department
- Tracking the departments performance / Identifying opportunities
- Directing the hiring and training of managers for the service and parts departments.
- Preferred previous experience from a larger market.
- Strong leadership qualities and proven track record.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum 5 years managerial experience.
- Must have a proven track record to demonstrate the motivation and skill to run the department top to bottom.
- Must be able to recruit and train quality service personnel.
