Position Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Human Resources Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Maintain a high volume of open requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and ATS software to manage recruiting workflows.
- Support recruiting events, social media recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing recruitment processes.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience with recruitment reporting, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
Work Environment
- Full-time, temporary, on-site position.
- Office environment with prolonged computer work.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
