Hourly Billing Terms and Conditions
We want to thank you for choosing APN Staffing and Employment Solutions “APN” for your staffing needs. Here, we will address specific terms and conditions upheld by both you (“client”) and APN in terms of temporary staff billing.
Payment
APN accepts all payment forms within thirty business days of the invoice date. If paid by credit card, any associated processing fees will be applied to the total invoice.
Hourly Rounding
For hourly staff, hours will be rounded to the nearest quarter increment. For example, if an employee clocks in at 12:08, the employee will be paid as if they were clocking in at 12:15. Alternatively, if the employee clocks in at 12:07, they would be paid as if clocking in at 12:00. APN will then bill the client the same way.
Shift Cancellations
If you, the client, cancels a shift on the same day, APN will bill you 4 hours for a nurse and 2 hours for a CNA.
Overtime Hours
Any hours worked over 40 hours a week are billed at time and a half.
Holiday Pay
APN recognizes all current state holidays where employees will earn time and a half for their hours worked on the actual holiday. The client will be billed 1.5 times their bill rate.
