Physical Therapy – $85k-$90k/yr
Phoenix, AZ

Provide individualized therapy services to help individuals improve mobility, manage pain, restore physical function, and achieve greater independence.

This is Full-Time 8am-4pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical abilities, mobility limitations, and individual treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor individual progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans and goals as needed.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, treatment goals, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Encourage safe movement, functional improvement, and increased independence through individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Comply with applicable licensing requirements, professional standards, ethical guidelines, and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to individualized care.
• Previous physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to meet applicable agency screening, credentialing, and training requirements
