Occupational Therapist – $85k-$90k/yr
Phoenix, AZ

Provide individualized therapy services to help individuals develop, restore, and improve the skills necessary for daily living, functional independence, and participation in meaningful activities

This is a full-time 8am-4pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, abilities, and functional limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve daily living skills, functional abilities, and independence.
• Evaluate motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor individual progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment goals and interventions as needed.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, high-quality care.
• Promote safety, functional independence, and improved quality of life through individualized, evidence-based interventions.
• Comply with applicable licensing requirements, professional standards, ethical guidelines, and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Finger Print Clearance Card
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to individualized care.
• Previous occupational therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to meet applicable agency screening, credentialing, and training requirements.
