Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist – $85K-$90k/yr
Phoenix, AZ

Provide individualized therapy services to help individuals improve their speech, language, communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities.

This is full-time 8am to 4pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans and goals as needed.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and home-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, high-quality care.
• Promote communication skills, functional independence, and overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain compliance with applicable professional standards, ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to individualized care.
• Previous experience in speech-language therapy is preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered, subject to applicable licensing and supervision requirements.
• Ability to meet applicable agency screening, credentialing, and training requirements.
