Position Summary:
Director/Senior Director of Marketing and Community Outreach is a leadership position
responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies, enhancing brand
visibility, driving patient engagement, and leading outreach initiatives that build strong
community partnerships. This role ensures that all marketing and outreach efforts align with
companies mission while leveraging data-driven strategies to expand reach, increase patient
access, and enhance community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related
field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, outreach, communications, or community
engagement exclusively within the healthcare industry. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and outreach
campaigns. - Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional marketing and outreach
initiatives.
