Automotive Service Writer/Advisor in the Wickenburg area
Responsibilities
- Customer service is a priority
- 100% interface with customers
- Field incoming phone calls from customers
- Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment
- Quality minded individual
- Ability to work well with others
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of automotive service writing experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
