Family run dealership seeking a seasoned service manager. Service is thriving, handling 30-50 cars per day, 12 techs, 4 writers, state of the art service facility! Great culture, advancement opportunities abound with the opening of a second store, looking for leadership from this service manager!
Responsibilities
- Service leadership position, to move into operations leadership
- Manage service department of 25
- Strong focus on CSI and metrics
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have at least five years of service management experience, Stellantis experience preferred
- Strong focus on CSI and department “hands on” leadership
- Domestic service experience required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of service management experience required, preferably CDJR experience but not required
- CDK/Tekion experience
- Strong mentoring/relationship building skills, truly seeking a team leader!
