High volume service department seeking a Service Business Development/BDC staff member to support our team and sales objectives.
This service business development position will include phone outreach, appointment setting, and service advisor support. We are seeking a person with pleasant phone skills and a commission driven team attitude!
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience preferred, service or sales BDC highly preferred
- Customer service or appointment system setting experience
- Multi tasking and strong time management
- Inside sales experience
