RV Technician – $20 – $45/hr Flat Rate

Family owned RV service and supply center looking for additional technicians to help handle the increasing work load!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in RVs, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.
- Perform electrical repairs, including wiring, lighting systems, and battery maintenance.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as tire service, oil changes, and fluid checks.
- Assemble and install components such as plumbing fixtures, appliances, and HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the shop environment.
- Produce consistent repairs and maintain minimum customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Have a set of personal tools
- At least two years of RV Technician experience with advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
- Experience working in a dealership or service center environment is a plus.
- RV DA Certification preferred
