APN Staffing is now hiring for our client in Providence, Rhode Island – Part- Time Physical Therapist. This position is temporary and not a permanent position through the State of Rhode Island. Long-term contract position until June of 2025. Part-Time hours are within the hours of (8:00 am to 3:00 pm) 7-15 hours per week (Flexible Schedule) Hourly rate of pay is $48.49 an hour.
General Job Duties:
Provide direct physical therapy services to children who are deaf and hard of hearing per the mandated services outlined in the Individualized Educational Program (IEP) of the student
Job Requirements:
Regulations set forth by the RI Department of Health as a Certified Physical Therapist
Must be proficient in English and have some command of American Sign Language (ASL)
Proficiency in ASL Required or some command of ASL and willing to advance those skills
Background Check and fingerprints required
At least 1-3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred
