MOPAR/Toyota certified Service Technician / Automobile Mechanic-
Relocation assistance and up to 12K sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities for MOPAR Service Technicians and Mechanics:

  • Perform Maintenance & Repairs: Efficiently complete all repair orders in line with dealership guidelines, ensuring every job is done right.
  • Diagnose Issues: Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools to inspect, diagnose, and address a wide range of vehicle concerns, from air conditioning to engines.
  • Prepare Estimates: Provide clear, accurate time and cost estimates for any additional repairs, fostering transparency and building trust with our customers.
  • Warranty Repairs: Handle warranty claims with precision, adhering to manufacturer specifications to ensure every vehicle leaves in peak condition.
  • Communicate Effectively: Act as a key point of contact between our customers and service advisors, providing timely updates on vehicle status and repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or ASE certification is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, service equipment, and repair manuals.

Certifications:

  • ASE certification (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, from engines and transmissions to brakes and HVAC.
  • Familiarity with manufacturer-specific repair protocols and guidelines.

Physical & Technical Ability:

  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and experience using hand tools.

Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues swiftly and accurately.

Attention to Detail:

  • A keen eye for precision in every repair, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills:

  • Clear and effective communication with both service advisors and customers, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical individuals.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support and assist fellow technicians whenever needed.

Adaptability:

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and stay current on the latest automotive repair methods.
  • Comfort with evolving tools, equipment, and diagnostic procedures.

Professionalism:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and adherence to safety standards, dealership policies, and industry regulations.
