Annual Compensation: $330,000 – $350,000+

The Medical Director is responsible for directing and ensuring the quality of medical services, treatment and/or interventions provided to the community as well as compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and recruit clinical staff.
- Conduct a weekly audit which will consist of a monthly review of charts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the programs.
- Ensure all performance improvement standards are monitored.
- Provide training and feedback to medical coordinator staff.
- Collaborate with the executive management team to ensure compliance with regulations in policy development and implementation.
- Lead on-going program refinement based upon advancements in the program.
Qualifications
- MD or DO.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience with HIV Medicine / PrEP highly preferred
- DEA License with ability to prescribe buprenorphine preferred
- Experience with 340B/Compliance is required
