Estimated Salary: $60,000-$65,000
As the Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional Substance Abuse and Mental Health therapy to patients. This position has a flexible schedule with hours Monday-Friday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides appropriate and competent individual, family, and group therapy for patients.
Conducts biopsychosocial assessments with diagnosis.
Consults with direct supervisor and other providers regarding assessment, treatment and case
management services.
Completes appropriate referrals and applications for patient in need of mental health and
substance abuse services.
Charts clinical data for diagnosis, treatment, referral, accountability in a timely manner.
May serve a role for specific grants that include grant duties.
Conducts surveys and assessments necessary for proposed and/or maintaining grant funding.
Participates in peer review for accountability and quality improvement.
Provides educational presentations on behavioral health topics, as schedule permits.
Meets the average patient access number of 5 patients per day.

Employee must demonstrate ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables; ability
to interpret and provide instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
Under limited direct supervision, makes decisions that directly affect patient well-being and
clinic reputation with high consequence of error.

11 paid holidays in addition to a day of personal birthday leave and a paid time off (PTO) benefit. In the first year, employees accrue 15
days of PTO. That increases to 30 days accrued PTO during the second year of
employment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Masters Degree in Behavioral Health (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related behavioral
health field) is required.
Must have at least 1 year of directly-related field experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
License to practice in the State of Oklahoma (LPC, LADC, LMFT, LCSW, or LBHP).
SAFETY SENSITIVE:
Due to the safety sensitive nature of this position, medical marijuana license holders who test
positive for marijuana will not be qualified for this position.
