Qualifications
- High integrity / high energy work ethic
- Able to function effectively in a well structured consistent environment
- Previous subprime automotive sales experience required
- Able to identify needs / wants necessary to close the sale
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and sales support
- Basic understanding of CRM management and deal writing
- Ability to return calls to 50+ leads per day with proper documentation and follow up
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and address inquiries.
- Support sales efforts through outbound calls and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales support and improve overall dealership performance.
