Great opportunity with a large automotive group looking for a qualified General Sales Manager to join their team!!

Responsibilities

  • Trains, supervises, coaches, and monitors the performance of the New, Used, and Finance department managers.
  • Understands and ensures our Sales team adheres to our dealership policies, procedures, compliance, and sales process.
  • Meets daily with Sales Managers and Finance Director to review previous day and MTD Sales Department performance vs. daily and monthly objectives.
  • Is responsible for Sales Department Incentives, Contracts-In-Transit aging, Receivables aging, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Automotive dealership management experience..
  • Great leadership and sales skills.
  • High powered attitude!
