Dealership General Manager – $250,000+

Great opportunity to join an award winning Automotive Group at one of its newest acquisitions in East Central Florida. We are in the final stages of purchasing another high volume domestic franchise in Florida and are starting to interview potential GM candidates. Seeking all GM’s who still role up their sleeves and sell along side their team in the trenches. High energy, strong fixed operations, marketing and positioning background!
Automotive Group is buying up stores, we are looking for leaders!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealership
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments
• Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads
• Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
• Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
• Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process

Qualifications

• Honda experience preferred, but not required, consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Fixed operations experience, GSM or GM with Fixed Operations/Service background a HUGE plus
• Progressive career experience through Sales or Service into automotive management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
