Automotive Manager – $70K – $80K Base + Commission

Seeking an Automotive Manager with experience managing multiple service locations!!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for profitability in all departments in the stores
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments
- Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads
- Maintain superior customer service through company culture
- Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
- Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Qualifications
- Must have automotive service experience
- Must have experience managing several location at one time
- Progressive career experience through Service into automotive management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
