Automotive Payroll Clerk – $25-$29/hour DOE
San Diego, CA
Automotive dealership in Southern California looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their team in the business office!!!
Responsibilities
- Check time cards, payroll summaries and bonus calculations for accuracy.
- Enter payroll data into Accounting system.
- Enter any deductions for garnishments, insurance, uniforms, accounts receivable, 401K or any other requested deduction
- Process the payroll cycles and reconcile employee paychecks.
- Maintain both the computer and physical employee document files.
- Understands and complies with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Performs duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Dealership experience is REQUIRED!
- ADP experience is preferred.
- 5+ years experience
- Looking for someone that can start ASAP!
