Responsibilities
- Prioritize repair orders and operational demands to ensure the fleet is safe, clean, reliable and efficient and meet their schedules.
- Manage Fleet Department Budget, including developing annual budget.
- Communicate tactfully and courteously with business and public management officials and employees.
- Analyze and explain fleet data records, reports, and procedures to management.
- Manage lead technicians and maintenance supervisor(s) in the shop.
- Prioritize tasks, analyze data, and meet multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership management experience.
- Great leadership and sales skills.
- High powered attitude!
