Automotive Biller/Contracts Clerk – $23/hr

Family owned automotive group is looking for an experienced Biller to join their accounting team!!!
Responsibilities
- Must have strong accounting ability.
- Manages collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks and credit card receipts.
- Posting of New & Used Car Deals.
- Submission of Service/Warranty Contracts.
- Recording of wholesale vehicle sales & purchases.
- Request and process lien payoffs.
- General Dealership Accounting.
- RDR, Inventory, Rebate & Bank Reconciliations.
- Schedule reviews and maintenance.
Qualifications
- MUST have dealership experience!!!!!
- Minimum 5 years experience
- CDK experience is also required
- Able to work successfully with a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
