Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles that have been damaged in accidents or through wear and tear. Your tasks will include assessing vehicle damage, performing repairs such as dent removal, part replacement, sanding, and refinishing. You will work with various materials such as metal, plastic, and fiberglass, utilizing specialized tools and equipment to ensure high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate vehicle damage.
• Repair dents, scratches, and other damage to vehicle bodies.
• Replace damaged parts with new or refurbished parts.
• Sand, paint, and refinish vehicles to restore their appearance.
• Ensure repairs meet industry standards and company quality control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and materials.
• Proficient in using repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
