Assistant Office Manager – $30 – $45/hr
Greater Sacramento Area, CA

Automotive dealership looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join their accounting team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist DMV clerk in reconciliations
  • Assist with tax preparation documents
  • When needed, will need to complete bank deposit
  • Will be required to assist in preparing financial statements
  • Assist in completing month end/year end procedures
  • Will be “floating” from store to store to assist the other locations as needed.
  • Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Automotive dealership experience is a HUGE plus!!
  • 2+ years accounting experience is required
  • Ability to travel to each location
