Assistant Office Manager – $30 – $45/hr

Automotive dealership looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join their accounting team!
Responsibilities
- Assist DMV clerk in reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation documents
- When needed, will need to complete bank deposit
- Will be required to assist in preparing financial statements
- Assist in completing month end/year end procedures
- Will be “floating” from store to store to assist the other locations as needed.
- Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience is a HUGE plus!!
- 2+ years accounting experience is required
- Ability to travel to each location
