Kevin OConnor

Kevin O’Connor is a graduate of Arizona State University, BS Accounting. He was a CPA with a local dealership in Phoenix, AZ for several years before founding APN, Staffing and Employment Solutions / Automotive Personnel Network in 1991. In December 2009 APN launched another division, Healthcare Staffing Services.

APN is known for successfully providing Top Talent and Employment Solutions across the Automotive, Motorcycle and Sports and Transportation Nationally. APN services numerous Client and Candidates in developing and moving their future positively.

Kevin is an avid reader of American History. He is married, has two children, daughter Katie, and son Tim, husband to Kristen and has two children Jack and Erin, Kevin’s grandchildren. Outside of work Kevin enjoys playing handball, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Harriet Illingworth - O’Connor

Harriet Illingworth - O’Connor is an experienced professional with a background in Market Research and Customer Service. Her career included being a Divisional VP, SVP and Board Director for the Kantar Operations USA. Prior to Kantar she worked for Research International, Research Resources and Winona in various leadership positions throughout Operations.

Harriet has a diverse background including managing and directing all aspects of operations. Her responsibilities were planning and meeting several million dollar budgets, staffing, marketing, training, production and quality goals on-going. She led a team that included 3,000 people with very capable management staff and strong organizational skills.

After leaving the Market Research industry, Harriet joined APN to bring some of these skills and processes to enhance the organization as it continues to grow. At APN Harriet is responsible to lead the companies marketing campaigns, office management and process development.

Harriet loves her time off spending it with her family and friends. She also enjoys skiing, going to movies, hiking Arizona and traveling to see the world.

Anne Robinson

Anne Robinson is an accomplished and gifted staffing professional who, over the last 20 plus years, has successfully and cost effectively recruited superb candidates across many industries including healthcare, high technology, banking, retail, academia, utilities, and manufacturing etc.

Anne’s primary focus over the past 10 years has been Healthcare Recruiting. She has successfully placed hundreds of healthcare professionals for hospitals, in/out patient clinics, physical therapy clinics, orthopedic clinics, long term care facilities, hospice facilities and assisted living facilities.

Anne began her successful and progressive career as a human resource generalist providing staffing, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance, and human resources administration and reporting for a range of organizations headquartered in the Northeast.

Realizing that her talent and love is in the sub-specialty field of recruiting, Anne moved to performing contract assignments while building her own human resources staffing firm, AWHR Consulting, which she founded and served as President & Principal Consultant, until relocating to Scottsdale, AZ in December 2006.

Anne has many interests outside of work, dancing, dining with friends, cooking, swimming, interior design, mentoring other professionals and a collector of Perfume bottles.
